When did you get nausea?

I am 5 weeks 5 days. My symptoms have been sore boobs (1st symptom that tipped me off that I might be prego), fatigue, and bouts of elevated body temperature. Oh, and cramping since 3 weeks but that has really tapered down. It's mostly after relieving a full bladder or going from sitting to standing.

I've had a little nausea but it goes away as soon as it has come on. My 1st pregnancy (ended in miscarriage) my first symptom was nausea...like dry heaving nausea from 3 weeks up to my DNC at 10 weeks.

This pregnancy feels so different. Curious if nausea might not be an issue for me this time around.
