Clenching jaw at night
Hoping to figure out if this is a me thing or a pregnancy thing... I keep waking up with my jaw clenching, I think bc of intense dreams. This (I strongly believe) leads to an immediate AM headache and others throughout the day. Anyone else experiencing this?
