Anxiety during period?
Hi! Does anyone else get pretty bad anxiety before and on their period?
I just got off the pill because of anxiety, anxiety got way worse, looked like it was getting better and then BAM my period came and now I have insomnia and anxiety. I'm also a bit paranoid which is the WORST because I feel absolutely insane.
I'm just not sure what's normal since I haven't had a period since I started the pill at 19 and I'm almost 23, and I DEFINITELY never ever had anxiety attacks or paranoia before then.
