pregnant?

So I'm 19 days late on my period today, I've taken three preggo tests all were negative... one I took before I was even late because of nausea and fatigue which I still have.. the other two were bout week apart. Anyone have any advice or similar stories? I've never been this late on a period, and I've had no major life changes.. help!
