sciatic nerve pain
Anyone else get horrible sciatica? Mine is getting to be unbareable sometimes. Like now. I can hardly get up on my own without horrible pain, my SO has to help me and looks so sad every time I'm in pain. And it's hard to walk currently cause its acting up so bad 😭.
Anyone know some remedies or tricks to try and help the pain.
