need opinions ftm

Has anyone ever used the Nose Frida? I have a 2 month old who has a stuffy nose. I called my pediatrician today and was told to use a saline solution and then suck it out with the bulb. My husband and I have been sucking out snot all day. My question is if this is a must have item and if it works great? I've read a ton of reviews, all positive but I would like to hear from other parents now.
