should i feel bad?

so me and my ex have been broken up for about 2 weeks now and he already has feelings for another girl so to move on myself i went round to another one of my ex's house yesterday and we were kissing and cuddling but i told him it didn't feel right for me but he didn't stop moving on to me,i've woke up this morning and i feel incredibly guilty and feel like i've been disloyal to my ex as he's said he's not getting with the other girl because he wouldn't do that and "respects me" but he obviously doesn't respect me if he already likes someone else? i feel so bad and i don't know why, should i be feeling bad?
