Implantion

Sometimes my period is unregulated I have it for 3 days. I had a little drop of brown blood then a little red I thought it's my period but today It didn't continued like it dose. Of i am I don't know for sure if it is beacuse I haven't gotten one when I got pregnant before. Thanks
