help and advise needed ladies xx

So today I got my bfp but according to period dates I'm around 3 weeks I'm so happy and over joyed cause we have been trying for what feels like forever however I'm in a little did belief as my test was only faint I did this test mid afternoon after lots to drink! Anyway I'm scared to get to happy in case it's a false reading anybody else in my situation please give me some advise tia xx
