low fluid 😔

I'm 37+2 with baby #2 and went to L&D yesterday morning because I thought I had been leaking. They swabbed me and told me I wasn't leaking. Then they did an US and said I had very low fluid... he said the largest pocket he could find was 3.3 but if it was a 2 it would be concerning.  All I was told to do was to drink a lot of water (I already do) and if I feel like I'm leaking again to come in.they don't seem too worried and now I feel like I'm worrying too much, but should I be this worried? I just feel my baby squished in there. Should I try to take it easy around the house or is there anything else I can do?
