Breastfeeding and the patch....help??

So I'm currently mainly breast feeding my 1 3/4 month old daughter and I'm currently on the mini pill but I'm horrible at remembering to take pills so I want to go on the patch... well my obgyn told me that I can't breastfeed while on the patch because it decreases milk supply well now I feel like a piece of shit... I really enjoy breastfeeding my daughter and this just makes me feel like a failure ... so what I'm asking is I guess ... how Many of you if any ... or do you know anyone that is on the patch and still breast feeds?? I really need advice here...
