different ways to help fertility

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard or even tried going to a chiropractor to help with fertility . My sister in law knows of 3 women that underwent insemination about 4-5 times and fertility drugs and nothing helped . These women ended up taking a break from infertility therapy went to a chiropractor to get adjusted and ended up getting pregnant .
