Bleeding???

So I'm almost seven weeks. I actually see my doctor for the first time tomorrow. I've been having spotting off and on for about a week but the blood has been Brown. Which I did call and ask the nurse and she said that was nothing to be alarmed. I just went to the bathroom though and there was a lot of red. I haven't been having any pain. I actually feel fine. Do you think I'm having a miscarriage? I'm worried!
