not being able to smoke due to finding out I'm a pregnant!

How many of you ladies smoked before pregnancy and stopped? How many of you ladies kept smoking? I'm not judgmental just curious because I'm trying to quit smoking but it's not easy I've had 2 cigarettes today and I feel so guilty cause I know I should stop! Any advice? I eat regularly drink water and take care of myself but can't break this habit just yet I'm 4 weeks... ☹️ should be seeing my doctor soon for the first time after bfp
