Quit caffeine and gpt pregnant after years of trying.

I have been ttc without a single positive or miscarriage for about 3 years. I have had a few very large cysts and read that caffien could be the cause of them or making them worse so I cut it out completely. I have not made any other chamges and we really only had sex once in my fertile window and I am suddenly pregnant. I didnt expect it because I had been so convinced that I was infertile that I just didnt suspect I was pregnant. When my period was late I thought it was another cyst. Today 4 days late and I have taken 5 tests all of them positive. I am shocked and so excited we had basically given up. Cant wait for my appointment!!!
