BOY QUESTION!! 😫♥️😂

Ok so I have a neighbor and they moved in over a year ago and her cousin and me were like good friends cuz they were usually over at their house and he was always super nice to me. And after the first couple times of him coming over i started catching feelings for him and then I hadn't seen him in a while ( me and my neighbor got in a fight ) and he had a girlfriend. And we had always talked like we still do but I like haven't stopped thinking about him like especially like when I'm bored or with his cousin even tho his cousin knows I just sometimes want to tell him the way I feel, or atleast some hints. I thought he liked me back cuz we have had some moments but now I don't know... Help please😫😂 Any advice or questions are welcome☺️
