Boating while pregnant??!!

Yesterday i went out for a boat ride with friends. Never got on a tube or didnt do anything crazy. Just relaxed in the boat. Im 15 weeks. Ive been so worried about my baby. The night before we went out, i got food poisoning bad.... tell me he or she is ok! My next doc appt is june 5th.

Boating is fine. Just sit near the stern and avoid rough weather. I would be more concerned about the food poinsoning.

You and baby will be fine! The baby is well protected in there. As long as you weren't being jolted around like crazy then there is no need to worry. It's similar to driving down a bumpy road in a car.

You can absolutely be on a boat! No reason you couldn't. I went whale watching at 10 weeks. I did get sea sick lol But otherwise had a great time.

As fornthe food poisoning, that's a completey separate issue. You might want to call your doc to tell her and see if she wants to see you sooner just to make sure everything is ok.

If you have a health concern, don't wait until your next scheduled appointment to address it. But as for boating, enjoy the fresh air and sunshine!
