HELP ME

Okay so, for probably about the past week I've been throwing up in the AM. And I'm like 90% positive I'm not pregnant. I had my period since the last time I had sex. Sorry if this is TMI, but I've also had really bad diarrhea for the past couple of weeks. I've basically just chalked it up as just being apart of my anxiety but now I'm starting to get little worried.
