Visitors while in hospital

I'm currently in the hospital for incompetent cervix. I had a cerclage placed when I was 18 weeks and I've been in and out the hospital. But now it's been a week since I've been here and I don't think I'm going anywhere until baby is born (I'm 24 weeks). People want to come visit me but I don't want to. I feel uncomfortable, sad, and every single bad emotion. How do I let people know I don't want visitors without them getting offended? Should I feel them exactly how I feel or should I suck it up and let them visit? Any advice or been through something similar?
