Pregnant coworker...

One of my employees is pregnant and telling everyone and talking about it and it's very hard to try and listen to, especially because I haven't told anyone at my work what has happened, because I lost my baby so soon after I found out.  I was almost 5 weeks, she is now 8 weeks. It's really hard to be here and not breakdown... I feel silly for being so upset about a pregnancy that wasn't very far along... Am I being silly?
