Blighted Ovum

So I may have a blighted ovum... I am supposed to be 8 weeks 5 days according to my LMP, but according to TV US I am measuring approx. 6 weeks but nothing is in the sac. No baby, no fetal pole, nothing. They drew blood today to test levels, I go back Thursday for another blood draw and to determine next course of action. Anyone else gone through this or going through​ this?
