sciatica please help

I am 20 years old and for the past few years I have noticed that I get a pintched nerve in my back. I am over weight being 230 and only 5'2 and feel that it may play a role in me having sciatica however I also have a few back problems such as schwarmans disease and early digenerative disc disease. If anyone has any advice for the pain I'm in please let me know right now I have a horrible pain In my shoulder blade, lower back, thigh, butt, and calf from this pintched nerve.
