PLEASE HELP

Hi ladies, not sure if I even ovulated this month but I have a really aching body and a cough a slight cough and that's it, last night me and my boyfriend went to have sex but it hurt and just didn't feel nice at all it was just uncomfortable. Has anyone been like this an then found out they were pregnant or know what it is? I also have a smallish medium sized lump on the roof of my mouth, and it's got no colour to it and you can't really see it but I can feel it on my tongue... does anyone know
