is it considered cheat?!!😭

So I went on my boyfriends phone and he had kik downloaded and on his kik he was flirting with a bunch of different girls that he added from a game called IMVU. and he was calling them baby and saying "I love you!" To all of them. Is this considered cheating? He keeps talking to them and I've asked him to stop cuz it hurts and stuff and he doesn't stop doing it and rn I'm sitting on my back porch crying cuz of this and he's not caring at all he not doing anything. Meanwhile he's still talking to all these girls and flirting with them. He keeps telling me it's not cheating cuz it's not physical but I told him no matter what if ur flirting with somebody else it's cheating. Am I right?
