Is this chart normal? I'm new to tracking my temp. How will I know if I ovulated?

Answer

You're temps are a tad erratic for the few days that show here. Are you temping at the same time each day? If you are and they still aren't evening out, you can try temping vaginally as well. For ov you will see a sustained temp jump. For example, my pre ov temps are about 97.3-97.6 and once I ov my temps jump up to a range of 97.8-98.1.  After you temp for a while you should be able to clearly see the biphasic pattern in your chart. It takes some practice though so be patient. Ideally you should also experience some fertile cm leading up to your temp jump.
