6 months no ovulation but today...

We're been TTC for 6 months but my cycles have been totally whacked out from years of BC... Nuva and mirena. I was beginning to think maybe I had PCOS and even got blood work done a couple times to make sure everything was okay. Doctor told me body should be working, but I didn't see the proof until today! Finally a positive opk! And of course this was the first strip of a new box... Funny how life trolls you like that.
