Positive but feeling Negative...

Concerned...before I get "gO tO tHe DOctOr" 😂😂😂 I have an appointment set in 2 days for an ultrasound and blood work. But based off you all's experience, I need SOMETHING.

Today, I received my very first positive! My period came as predicted and ended on last Wednesday. On the following Sunday, I began to spot... and today is Wednesday and in actually bleeding... like a light period... for 3 days. My test showed POSITIVE IMMEDIATELY- a strong positive just one week after my period ended. I'm so afraid some thing is wrong with my nugget. Any one experience this before?
