Is Tylenol the only thing you can take for a headache????

I'm 10 weeks and 4 days. Usually when I get a headache, I'll take aleve and it'll go away right afterwards, but since I'm pregnant I can only take Tylenol. So I took a Tylenol pill and the pain didn't go away at all. Does anyone know any old remedies to get rid of an headache if Tylenol doesn't work???

If you have access to a store called "saje" they have a peppermint oil. It comes in a felt tip or roll on. Put the oil directly where the headache is and it works wonders. I'm a migraine sufferer before pregnancy and it's works for me for headaches and taken away some edge from migraines.

When I take two extra strength (500 mg each)  I'm usually okay. And I think the most you can have is 1500 mg in a day ? Don't quote me ask your doctor. But definitely one regular strength won't help. Sometimes caffeine helps a headache and it is SAFE if you have a cup of coffee :)

Yes Tylenol is the only medication you can take for a headache. You can take the extra strength kind according to my Obgyn. I second the peppermint oil. I tend to use mine in an essential oil diffuser so it keeps the headache away.
