High hcg

My HCG was 48,839 at 5 weeks 2 days. I saw gestational sac on abdominal scan at 4 week 4 day. I am terrified something is wrong like a molar pregnancy.. maybe multiples. I don't know but after miscarriage I don't want anything to happen. Do any of you have experience with high HCG levels??
