constipation or something else??

My stomach hurts/upset.  I thought it was just morning sickness but I'm not sure anymore. I'm just over 7 weeks and it feels like constipation but I'm not constipated.  I don't feel like eating anything! I have to force myself to eat most of the time.  Is this still considered constpation or something else??
