Positive test on may 3

Update ....  my level were 44000 which isn't good I'm probably going to loose it 

Update ... it will be 13 days since  the doctor said they thought I would miscarry. We went back to the doctors five days after the first and the yolk sac was gone . Now five days later I don't have any bleeding or cramping . My cervix is closed and high I feel fine . My boobs are still killing me and I have a back ache that comes and goes . According to my lmp I should be going on week 10. So according to the doctor they baby stopped growing at 5+1. On our last appointment the doctored market my ultrasound at 7+1 . She only looked for about two minutes before shutting her machine down . The proceed to talk about options . She let us have a minute to gather our selfs in the room before we left . On our way out of the office the doctor stopped us and said to wait and decided what I wanted to do until Friday . Which would be four days later . 

My husband and I just drove around for a while after that appointment we just couldn't go home for some reason. After an hour we got a phone call from the doctor . She said she spoke to another doctor and wanted to wait until Tuesday which would be a week from then to do another ultrasound before doing anything so expell the pregnancy. 

So what the hell did that other doctor see that caused her to call and change her mind . I'm at a complete loss I just want to be able to move on if that's the case . But her we are three days from my next appointment no cramping and no spotting or bleeding .... please help
