what are some early symptoms of multiple pregnancies?

I had IUI with two good eggs I have 2 positive home pregnancy tests that were faint. A dream a week ago where when I went for the ultra sound they showed me two babies hugging in my womb. I'm also having spotting and pricks of pain on both the left and right of my uterus.. Any ideas out there or am I just over thinking it?

I had an IUI. I had 3 follicles and all three released. I got my bfp at 9dpo (might have shown up the day before as it wasn't a squinter). My hcg levels were quite high and my nausea started right at implantation (about 6/7dpo). There's only one in there!  You won't know until you have a scan. Congrats!

I got a positive super early, 6 dpo, and had the first hints of nausea 3 or 4 days later, ended up with twins. Others have had similar symptoms and had just one. You never know!
