So ive been contracting on and off for 3 weeks now. I am 40 weeks today. Two days ago i was dilated 3cm. 70%effaced and baby was at -2Â
Is there any way besides the walking and sex that i could help speed the process. Im exhausted of walking and feeling this pain.Â
