Cramping and butterflies

Im in my 2ww and i keep getting a tingling butterfly feeling in the pit of my stomach! And some mild cramps. My last period was may 21st, but during that cycle the first days was spotting, second day was heavy, 3rd day was light, and last 2 days were spotting. I right away assumed i wasn't until my husband mentioned my breast looked bigger and nips darker. He also mentioned he felt nausous. Im hoping its not in my head. But has anyone else had this feeling in the pit of there stomach and has anyone bled this way and still ended up pregnant? Been trying for awhile already so prayers towards me and much much baby dust!
