Should I vacation in mexico while 22-26weeks pregnant?

Whatever you feel comfortable with!  We are going in a few weeks and I'll be 24 weeks.  But I have felt really well so far and my dr was totally chill with it.  His only advice was "don't drink the water" and "make sure your seafood is cooked".

I'm going to Mexico next week on vacation and will be 22 weeks pregnant. I'm a little worried too, but I'm sure all will be fine.  Just going to be extra cautious

I am currently vacationing with my hubby in Australia and I am 22 weeks. It was a very long flight (19hours total). The advise I can give you while flying  is to drink lots of water, Try to move as much as possible, take some healthy snacks, and rest when you can. The flight to Australia was rough and my feet and ankles swelled up like sausages! And if you haven't already, check with your doc! My doc made me come in a few weeks before and check our baby boy to make sure he was good. But then gave me the okay to go. You will feel your little one move a bunch on the plane and that was reassuring that he was doing just fine! Otherwise, enjoy these moments with your hubby! Life will be so different in a few months and although you will be able to vacation when your bundle of joy is here, it will feel slightly different. So def spend this time reconnecting and spending some good quality time with him. Good luck!!

I had an early miscarriage at 7 weeks on a plane to Mexico. I waited to receive medical care until I got home. Now a year pregnant I think about it would' be nice to vacation, but I'd be worried if anything happened.

I'm going on a babymoon at 22 weeks with twins. Doc tells me drink lots of water & pump legs every 10 minutes on the flight. He worries more about the blood clots from sitting on a long flight than anything. Also, not getting too much sun.

It really depends where you're going. If you're going to a resort or something like that that caters to foreign tourists and only eating there you should be fine. If however you're planning on a lot of exploring and eating places the locals eat I wouldn't risk it.

My doctor asked me to stay close to my home from 23 weeks up... She said if something happens it can than be a matter of medical care... and not anymore just destiny. Anyway, I'm mum of a still born (week 40) and more panicking .. If you go- enjoy holidays but check out the closest hospital just in case?
