God please help me..

My 10 month old is teething really bad and finally his first tooth has been popping through this last 2 weeks and he is driving me up the dang wall. I'm a sahm while my hubby works 60 plus hours a week so I'm always stuck at home with our son and I feel like I need a break. Idk what to do at this point. I feel nuts. I cant Hve any family watch him because we live 5 hours away from all of our family. It's only us here..ugh
