Heavier breast and light bleeding... Why????

My period isn't for a few days but my breast have become fuller, painful and my nipples have become darker. Earlier today, I experienced light bleeding but then it pretty much stopped. I took a pregnancy test in early march and it was negative but my periods are very, very irregular... Should I take another one?
