pregnant or not?

I recently loss my baby when I was 20 weeks pregnant and hop on the depo shot in march and got my regular period on 4/16/17 but i didn't get my period last month when I was suppose too besides some spotting for three or four days and then I decided to take the first response digital test but it said not pregnant
