BFP and no pregnancy symptoms?

To the biggest surprise as it was first month of TTC after we had a loss, last Monday I've got positive test ( AF was due that day). The one in the picture is from today, so 4 days apart and I must be 4w 5d. And yet, except for a missed period, I have no other symptoms: sore breasts, nausea, cramping, fatigue, you name it... Am I for now (I know they might come later in full cocktail) just lucky? What have you experienced?
