Okay , so I took 4 dollar store pregnancy test . They were literally $1. But anyways I'm not sure if I have my period or if it's just spotting. It's very ligh red kind of pinkish but it doesn't look like a period but I have cramps like period cramps . Should I go to the doctor to make sure?
