What should my thoughts be?
Hello! So This is pretty long so I'm going to make it as short as possible because I've got stuff to do. Nevertheless, I still want to share it and read opinions. So I met this guy online and well, we didn't get to meet in person until a month later we started chatting. We then met in person and started going out very frequently. I didn't mind because I liked him like A LOT and was starting to fall like really hard (mistake number 1 but oh well). We did a lot of outdoor activities. Sometimes I visited him at this place and he visited me at mine and one of these times we decide to meet up at one of the typical places we usually went. Oh I forgot to tell you, it's been like three months and even though I was falling like a skyscraper, we had never even kissed so there's that. However I knew he liked me back because he was so damn sweet like you don't even know. He treated me so nicely like girls..., you don't even know. Anyways, we meet up and he goes and starts giving me a whole speech about us (I was new to this. Never been in a relationship and didn't know how to react). He told me a lot of stuff, I'm just going to highlight the most important ones (basically, what I remember the most) He said: "why are we still meeting? (Since after all those months nothing had happened and shit you know)" "you're probably wondering why I haven't made a move on you (he was right, I was still happy though)" "I was too good for him and he didn't deserve me" okay, so this last sentence hit me harder than cold water at 3am. Why did he mean by "I was too good". Thanks for thinking that but no, I'm not. I'm a human and I make mistakes and bad stuff and shit happens, you know. He was a great guy and those words like really marked me for real. Anyways, your opinions? Why do you think he said that? At the end, nothing happened. We kept going out but I ended up with a broken heart and going psycho for a while (I'm over it now) but I still wanna know what a third person might think. Thank you xx
