Chemical Pregnancy

Has anyone ever experienced this and tell me how you know if that's what's happening. I've been having positive pregnancy test and was spotting(very light pink) and now I'm starting to bleed a little more and it's darker(dark brown mixed with light pink) I also just had a baby a month ago so I don't know if it's still my hormones or if I'm pregnant. No rude comments please. We want our kids to be close in age.
