There's nothing you can do unfortunately...They just fade a little with time. Maybe try some virgin coconut oil to keep them moisturised.

If you have bright purple ones, maybe try rubbing vitamin E oil on it if you have any. I used it on a a bright purple scar on my face, and within a few weeks It was noticeably fading in color. It's still there, but not as noticeable since its not bright anymore. Then try tanning maybe? Might help out to "hide" them. But nothing is going to completely get rid of them..

Nothing they will never go , they will fade over time but you need give them time you could try bio oil and coconut oil on them that might help x
