Unmedicated birth

I desire an unmedicated birth as I do not handle drugs very well. Makes me feel out of control and a bunch of other feels but I have a low pain tolerance and still wanna go med free.

I did stumble upon the use of nitrous oxide during labor as it is used to relax you and you can use it as needed.

If I had nitrous oxide as a last resort will that mean my delivery wouldnt be natural or unmedicated?

Has anyone used this as an option?
