Painful Clogged Duct!!!

Hello there! Someone posted about Mastitis yesterday and I can't find the post whoever it was I hope you got better! Anyway, my situation is a little similar. I have a clogged duct. It is quite painful but no fever or mastitis and I want to avoid it if all possible. I have tried everything pumped, nursing on that side but baby won't want it because of the restricted flow., even showered with hot water and nothing! Any other suggestion plz? And thank you!!!!!!!!
