Hi everyone, just found out I'm pregnant on Friday 30th may and I just need some help as to how far gone I am please.

I had a miscarriage that started on the 30th april and ended on 5th of may and I ovulated on the 20th may (i ovulate late in my cycle) I was due on my period on the 29th of may but didn't come on so took a test on 30th which was positive and have been since. Question is do I still count from first day of my last period (miscarriage) or do I add two weeks onto when I conceived roughly may 20th? I'm really confused could someone please help me get a better picture of roughly how far long I am. Thanks in advance ❤
