3 days late weird Sharp pains

ttc for rainbow baby • Fri, Mar 13 • My husband and I have been together 7 years. Married since Aug 2014. We started ttc in July 15 and got pregnant first month and it ended in an ectopic. We are now waiting for our rainbow baby .

I am now 3 days late and I have been cramping on and off and getting sharp pains in my side. But that's it. Could I be pregnant?
