Okay ladies! I have started to go on a diet! I quit pop a long time ago, I only have coffee every now and then and I've cut back on a lot of junk food. My problem is that I feel like I just keep gaining weight.. like and I feel like I get heavier and heavier each day. I need advice, motivation, will power?
