Hi, I suffer from horrible flight anxiety and typically take 1 mg of Xanax when flying. Flying next Tuesday but won't find out if I'm pregnant until a few days later. I want to be careful just in case. Has anyone had experience with this? What can I take that is safe?? Dr said Benadryl but from past experience that will not help my anxiety at all. It gets very severe during take off. She also prescribed me ambien and said she's comfortable with my taking that but im nervous as its a category C. Any suggestions or advice would be welcomed.
