I had came off of Nexplanon after 4mo of it being horrible on my mood. I take medication that ended up metabolizing faster while being on the implant. So this is the first month since I started trying for my third that I actually ovulated. The previous three cycles I didn't even get an ovulation, if that's possible. But this being the first month I did, and my husband's two days off work fell into my 27-33% fertility window. I due for my period in just a few days and I got a faint positive on a standard test. No early detection or anything.​
